Why does my blind go up unevenly?

If your blind is not going up evenly, please do the following:

1. Check to see that all cords are untangled.
2. Next, lower the blind down and pull on the left, right and center of the bottom rail.  This will elevate and slack in the cords.
3. "Tug" slightly on pull cords, but do not raise blind.  This will ensure all slack of the cords is removed.
4. Raise blind will pull cords, and be sure to pull with all cords evenly.

If the troubleshooting above does not solve your problem, please contact customer service for a return authorization number and repair cost or warranty coverage.
