Can I purchase extra or replacement carriers for my soft vertical shad?

Extra Carriers:

Extra carriers cannot be added to a soft vertical shade after manufacturing.

Replacement Carriers:

Carriers for a soft vertical shade cannot be replaced. If a replacement carrier is needed, please select one of the following options:

1. Contact a retailer to purchase a new soft vertical shade headrail.
2. Contact customer service for cost or warranty coverage.
