Custom Premium 9/16” Cellular Shades

We love our motorized cellular shades, we got the Day/Night options, which allows you to choose from blackout ou light shades and we love it. The installation was super easy, the pairing with the remote and app was a breeze too. The Levolor app though is extremely confusing, it’s difficult to know if you are opening closing the night or day part of your shade. Great customer service, the helped us figuring out how it works.

I was nervous about ordering custom shades online, but Levolor made the process easy. The final product is beautiful and fits my windows perfectly. These cellular shades give light diffusion as well as privacy; the "top-down" component allows me to open the window for fresh air, again, without sacrificing privacy - PERFECT! The mechanics are smooth and the shades are not heavy like my old faux wood blinds. I love my shades!

I bought my shades from Lowe’s and had them cut to size. I loved them so much that I ordered them for every room. I have the light filtering in both top down and bottom up and the room darkening. I can not say enough about how easy they were to order and to install. Not to mention that they are such high quality and beautiful. Who pays to have window treatments installed when there is a company that makes it so easy?

great shades if i could have used them, I wanted skylight shades that were remote operated, but the web site was not user friendly and I ended up spending $1400 on shades that are useless to me. Ended up going to a separate site and paid half the price for twice the product.

I finally got my shades after over a month of waiting! This review is about the experience that I had with their support. Contacting Levolor never had a problem with me, I reached out using email and they got back to me in a timely manner. Conversation back and forth gives assurance that something is happening and someone is getting things done! And finally it arrived! I cant wait to put it up and admire the beauty! W

These shades gifted by LEVOLOR are so beautiful with great functionality. They have multiple fabric and color options. The motorized option is its most attractive feature. It’s so convenient to use it and very easy to install. Even the light options are many. Room darkening feature works great. I was amazed to see the variety of shade type collection and I can’t wait to check out other options. Fabulous experience!

I ordered three shades for our front door that has a large window and two sidelights. I measured and ordered online with the correct dimensions and the company sent me three of the same shades...missing the large one in between! It also took 3 weeks longer than the original estimates ship date and i received the wrong product.

I will say customer service reacted quickly and is rushing the replacement order.

Nice blinds. Exact same thing as the old Levolor blinds we had with cords for 16 years. We had some problems with the cords on the old blinds, but the blinds themselves were great. We are hoping the cordless model avoids that problem, and Levolor has improved on the design. They seem to work great so far, but I will give a "Good" rating until time has passed and we see how they function over the years.

I purchased custom cellular shades about 10 years ago for my second floor in my home. They are still reliable and I haven't had any problems with them. I just renovated my kitchen and decided to purchase Levolor cellular shades again. You can't beat the quality, durability and longevity. Plus they are so easy to install. I don't mind paying more for quality. I wouldn't consider buying any other brand.

These are the dual cell blackout shades and are excellent quality. Levolor website was easy to navigate, ordering free swatches that I received quickly enabled me to make my final decision and I did not regret it! Installation was very easy, taking me 45 minutes to install 2 blinds. When I awaken in the morning, my bedroom is dark as night. I do have blackout drapes to complete my window treatment.

We have now installed 'Transition' shades on 7 windows in 3 rooms in our home. The Transition line has a 'day' shade and a darker/light blocking shade. We ordered each in a neutral/white day color and a darker color to match the palette in that room. The shades work well and look nice. They were very easy to install. Figuring out how to order them from the site wasn't immediately obvious, but eventually we figured it out. They do take a while to arrive so I advise interested folks to place the order sooner rather than later. My only complaint would be that one of the dark shades isn't quite long enough but it took so long for them to arrive that once they were installed, I didn't have the energy to pack it back up and return it. It works well enough and they look nice in the room. Once we start renovations in other rooms in the house, we will likely continue to use these throughout the house.

The cordless double cell blinds are great! I have had these in my house for over 7 years and just bought them for my new addition. They are very minimalistic design and they cover great and most importantly they look great over time and take a beating. I did miss measure one of my windows this round so suggest triple checking your measurements before you send in. Installation is a breeze.

I got these to replace old, junky shades in my bedroom. They are room darkening and 2 shades on a single pole. They installed easily and fit perfectly. The only thing that I've noticed is that when I pull them down at night, they rise up a little bit during the night, so that there's a crack where the sun comes in in the morning. I've worked around this by pulling them below the window.

These blinds exceeded my expectations for sure. I was a little dubious about hanging them up correctly but the easy to follow directions and images had it hung in no time- on the first time! They raise and lower smoothly and on the first click of the remote. The charging magnet is easy to use and it charges quickly! I’m so happy with these, need to get them in every room now!

We ordered 4 of the Seclusion light blocking, cordless shades and LOVE them!

We were very annoyed that one of them incurred scratches during transport and had a defect that allowed the light to come in so we called Levelor to discuss our issue and they offered to ship us a new replacement at no charge and let us keep the defective shade. Now that’s customer service!!! Wow!

We ordered cellular shades online a few weeks ago. We needed them quickly and went through the whole process of selection and ordering online. The color match was perfect. Shades were cut perfectly and were easy to install. We found the receipt for our old Home Depot shades and realized that that we got a much better shade for barely more than we paid 10 years previously.

This was a great experience. From ordering and receiving to the ease of installation. We now have all 30 windows in our house with Levolor Cellular shades. The room darkening version are doing exactly what we want (used in all our bedrooms). I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a classy product, ease of ordering, easy to install and ease of use.

The color of the shade is perfect. It is worth the wait and time to order the samples before ordering your shade. We needed total sun block from the sun and this shade does the job. I am happy with the top down/bottom up shade for some sunlight in the afternoon. It gives the room just enough light without having the entire shade up. Great construction!

I bought four 72” long shades. I just installed the first on on my 69” tall window. There is a 1/2” gap at the bottom. They spring up about 3-1/2”. I have three more to install on 71” tall windows and should now expect a gap of 2-1/2”. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would return the other three but I had to get them cut for width. Wasted over $400

We have these shades throughout the home and love them. Had one set that had been damaged and was able to go onto the levolor site and order very easily. Only challenge was the making sure color matched. The team quickly sent out samples so could match up and used that code on the site with measurements which was very easy to do. Thank you! Rich

Great shades when they are new. Had to replace this one since the cord was no longer functional. Have others that the cord has cut a grove in the plastic at the top and makes it not want to stay up without manual effort on our part to reach up and move the plastic piece. I have no idea where my receipts are so hard to submit a warranty claim.

It's worth it to pay a bit more for Levolor cellular shades. The template on the box makes the installation so much easier than similar, cheaper shades. The end caps seem unnecessarily difficult to insert all the way. The box contained the dusty "trimmings" from the cutting of the shades and made a bit of a mess while unpacking everything.

The on line ordering process was very easy once I had ordered samples and could match them to my existing blinds. The product came quickly and was packaged well. My only concern was that the headrail and bottom rail were more cream than white (my shade color was Whisper..off white). Once up, however, this doesn't seem to be a big problem.

I went to Lowes and looked at the samples and the book for color and style.
I ordered online from home and chose the room darkening in my color of choice and I love it. It came quickly and my husband installed it. I saved $43.00 over another store's sale and coupon price. I would not hesitate with this brand of shade or with Lowes.

We replaced the large window blind in our houseboat and it literally involved taking two screws out, removing the broken shade, putting in the new blind and tightening up two screws!!! Took 5 minutes!! We opted for the room darkening shade and we are so happy we did! Love it! Levolor Blinds are worth every penny!

Great for, great color. I measured accurately and Levelor did the rest. One complaint: the “inspected by” stickers on the back don’t peel off easily (putting it mildly!), whereas the size/manufacturing label comes right off. Granted it’s on the back, but I had to remove them so they couldn’t be seen from the outside

Levelor offers so many different types of shades and all of them are completely customizable. Not only can you choose your size, there are also a ton of different fabric options, installation options, and they even offer motorized shades which are perfect for a smart home. I found the customization process a tad overwhelming. A lot of the colors looked similar and we ended up going to our Home Depot to look at actual swatches before placing our order. Production of our motorized shades took about one month.

I’ve been a little disappointed with the lack of communication. I did not receive one single email from Levelor since placing my order. Thankfully, I took a screenshot of my order number and was able track the status of my order through the Levelor website.

After 10 years, our old levelor shade gave out. The mechanism inside wouldn't retract the cord to raise it. As this was part of a 3-shade window, we replaced them all. The new shades arrived when they said. Easy to install and all were up within hours. So nice to have a full set that would go up and down easily.

The Levolor shades are still a really good product. I wish the product codes were descriptive, though - trying to figure out the blackout from the top/down was confusing because of the number of versions of each code on each product on delivery. So once you can figure out which is which, they are great.

I purchased 9 custom cut shades from home depot. They came very quickly and each one was cut/sized perfectly. After the first one, installation was fairly easy. My biggest complaint is the HUGE bright orange warning sticker that is placed on the plastic part of the shade....It is almost impossible to remove. After the first one, hubby recommended heating the sticker up with the hair dryer and thankfully it worked...once warm, they peeled right off. But what a pain in the....and, the warning is that cords may cause choking hazard for children...my blinds are CORDLESS. The other issue is the little plastic clips that are supposed to go on the blinds to use to lift them up and down...I couldn't get mine on and forcing them would damage the blind. Hubby got one on, but it didn't look right. I ended up not using them. Also, several of my blinds are quite wide, and it is impossible to get them to go up evenly, so I have to adjust one side at a time. All in all, I am pleased with the blinds.
